A 90-Minute Illumination Round
First 30 minutes: Assessment through movement and conversation — I read your bodies' story about your relationship.
Next 45 minutes: Customized somatic practices and partner dance fundamentals tailored to what your bodies revealed.
Final 15 minutes: Integration and take-home practices you can weave into daily life.
